Signaling and leukocyte recruitment projects

Our group is presently focused on five main projects:

(1) Signaling modules regulating LFA-1 affinity states

(2) Signaling networks regulating integrin activation in B- and T-leukemia cells

(3) Molecular mechanisms of leukocyte deformability

(4) Phosphoproteomic analysis of signaling networks

(5) Mathematical topological analysis of signaling networks
